Company evidence

Reported evidence.

RIIZE's official schedule lists Saitama Super Arena shows on 23 and 24 July 2025. SM's Q2 CEO message subsequently reported 54,000 fans and a sell-out through fan-club presales. This is total event attendance, not necessarily 54,000 unique people, and it does not disclose event profit.

DSML analysis

Investment interpretation.

Fan-club presales can provide demand evidence before broad public marketing and reduce uncertainty around venue commitments. They may also strengthen a directly maintained fan relationship. The financing benefit depends on when ticket money is available, refund exposure and promoter settlements; a sold-out announcement does not establish that cash is already available to the Korean label.

Economic assessment.

Use sold and settled tickets, actual price categories and contractual participation. Do not multiply the attendance count by a guessed ticket price. For a tour, early evidence can support routing decisions, but profitability requires transport, production, artist and local promoter costs to be accounted for.

Geographic analysis.

China

DSML comparison

Presale demand in Japan cannot establish permissions or paid demand in mainland China. Touring access must be assessed independently from digital fan visibility.

Japan

Reported connection

The two Saitama shows provide concrete demand evidence. Distinguish fan-club membership, attendance and settled ticket receipts rather than treating them as interchangeable.

Other Asia

DSML comparison

Compare venue commitments and presale settlement rules across tour stops. The same fan relationship can produce materially different local cash-conversion cycles.

United States

Reported connection

SM's message also describes planned North American stops. Those plans are not realized ticket sales and should be financed against their own demand evidence.

Europe

DSML comparison

Evaluate whether direct fan demand can support efficient routing. A successful Japanese stop does not supply an assumed European capacity or ticket price.

Counterpoint.

Strong presales can reflect a concentrated repeat audience rather than broad incremental reach. The tour still bears cost and cancellation exposure.

Underwriting questions.

  1. When are ticket proceeds released to the issuer?
  2. How much demand is repeat attendance?
  3. Who bears refunds and venue commitments?
